STAGING CONSULTATION
We assess the property to determine the ideal internal marketing strategy. There is a $100 fee which is due upon the completion of the consultation. We then provide a feedback and recommendations.

Black Dog Staging & Interiors leverages its’ inventory to enhance the homeowner’s current furnishings for essential rooms* in the home. This is ideal for clients occupying the home throughout the sale
VACANT STAGING
Black Dog Staging & Interiors creates a customized and unique stage design to elevate and market the interior of the home. Our base package includes staging the high impact rooms that buyers care about most: living room, dining room, kitchen, principal bedroom & bathroom. Depending on the size and need of the home, additional rooms may be added for an additional fee. This is ideal for homes that are not occupied throughout the sale. 2500 sq. ft or less.
