We assess the property to determine the ideal internal marketing strategy based on your budget. There is a $100+ fee which is due upon the completion of the consultation. We then provide feedback and recommendations within 24 hours.

This package is our most popular option since it includes furnishing and accessorizing key areas including the living and dining rooms, primary bedroom and bath, kitchen, foyer and final touches.  This package helps to create a believable living space to buyers who walk in the door, and immediately feel comfortable and inspired. This truly is a complete interior decorating service.
